Hmmph

The concept is there, and I even said aloud "This is a good idea," but it's a bit unpolished. The store doesn't work, and I went back to the first level and none of the commands worked at all. Also, a couple ideas, maybe for a sequel?

S.O.S. - go back to the main menu? or pause the game?
In the beginning, be able to type your name in with Morse Code.

Just a couple thoughts.

Grent responds:

Store's been fixed. The failure of commands seems to be linked to backing out of a menu; I'm trying to find the exact source of the bug right now.

As for a sequel, I can't say that it's terribly likely. Des and I are both very tired of working on this game (doing something for three days straight, stopping only to eat and sleep can do that to you), and we'd like to do something completely different next.

Yum

I haven't actually full-blown played GH seriously, but I love the genre of gaming. This was very fun and very addictive. I played for a good 45 minutes to an hour or so. It had pretty decent graphics, and it was very nicely put together. I loved the selection of song and I loved the "feel." Only problem was, was I was holding the keyboard like a guitar, of course, but my retarded Cord coming out from the keyboard was givin me a wrist-ache, but I guess that's just my keyboard's fault. I think a wireless keyboard would be perfect for this game.

Anyways, I felt that it definitely deserves a 10, especially because of some of the pointless reviews I am seeing below. Anyways, great game, man. I'd love to see another, this time with a little more songs though. Maybe I can create somethin kickass enough in FL for you to use, who knows? Lol.

Oh, and dude. Maybe have more keyboard shortcuts (For buttons, like replay song, and go to menu). I'm not sure if there was any or not, but it would make it a lot easier, and you could get a lot more gametime in if you weren't constantly transferring back and fourth between the keyboard and mouse.

Also, I'm sure for most people, this game was pretty easy, but like I said, I haven't actually played Guitar Hero for anymore than like 5 minutes over my friends house, so it's not like I'm a god at it or anything, so I must say the difficulty for me was rather a bit challenging. Maybe next time have some tips or training for noobs like me, eh?

Well I think this review has been dragged on long enough. Loved the game, and it's goin towards my favorites list to be played again sometime soon!

Mmmm

It was a slight improvement. I must admit, it was a bit harder, and I liked the powerups. The music was a good choice. I was a bit disapointed, as I was from the first that you can't submit your highscore to a highscore table. That was very disappointing. I wish you put some enemies in there too, but w/e. It's still fun I guess, but not for very long. Still, it was a good game, so I'll give you a 9.

ETERNALGAM3R responds:

Pushies Plus 3 will be out with more powerups, harder difficulty, levels, challenges and different enemies.

Hmmm

It was fun for a while, but it really was almost near impossible to actually get killed unless you tried hard enough, even in the Insane Difficulty. It had a nice sleek design, and some desent music, but it need a bit more variety. It didn't really get much harder along the way, maybe a little faster, but not by much. And it was all just the same throughout, no new levels, I didn't find any powerups, so I don't think there are any. Powerups and enemies would've been nice. (Enemies that attack I mean, if you don't count the opposing blocks).

And yeah, I just now read the EASY GAME part of your comment, so sorry for complaining, lol. I'm gonna go play the sequel now I guess.

ETERNALGAM3R responds:

The sequal is not too much harder unfortunately. I'll be working on that factor for Pushies Plus 3 and adding more powerups.

Ehhhh

I must say I've seen better from you. Not really a game I would want to play more than once, you know? It was a bit simple and repetative. If there were more levels and more possible ways to die, idk, maybe it'd be better. I like the general idea though. The concept is different from any other game. It's the complete opposite as a matter of fact. Just work on it a bit. I wouldn't mind playing a 4th.

Cosmoseth responds:

Just wait till the next rage >:D

Awesome!

Very nice game, man. I gotta give ya credit for that!

Clacethestickman responds:

Thanks dude

Yup.
