This game was an absolute masterpiece. It was by far one of the best games I ever played, and when I say that, I don't mean one of the best Flash games I ever played, I mean one of the BEST GAMES I have ever played.

It was completely original, and just completely amazing. Programming was remarkable, graphics were breath-takingly perfect.

It was just an all around perfect game. I will happily play it again sometime soon.

I sense inspiration perhaps from Zelda Windwaker?

AreYouSomeKindOfAnti-Gravity?

"It's nice"

date: July 18, 2009

I love it, very nice, very very nice. There's a clicking sound that sounds like distortion, but I'm not sure if it's intentional sounds you added or not. I'm thinking its intentional.

One thing I don't understand -- you named the song "Are You Some Kind Of Anti-Gravity?" -- Gravity pulls objects towards one another. Does your girlfriend do the opposite? You aren't being pulled towards her, but away?

Just let me know the situation.

Great work though, check out some of my stuff if you have time. :D

Author's Response:

Hey man, thanks for the review. I'm glad to see you like it. I guess I named the track in the respect of: Well, we're already together. So, we've got that much. However, I suppose I was playing off of the fact that our situation gives me this light-headed, floating feeling. Y'know? As if, together, we are being pulled from the earth into a free-float. I understand how this could be confusing though, with the respects of gravity. I did think about calling it "are you some kind of gravity". I don't know, i was thinking abstractly I suppose. Also, I'm going to be moving soon, away from her - farther away. So that also adds to my decision on the title.

also, the clicking is intentional : D

Not very people are respecting this for what is worth. I think this is amazing, it's so close to the original and so brilliantly recreated. Great job, I loved it so much! Keep it up!

"Very Nice"

It was a very enjoyable tune. I'm curious, were you inspired much by danny elfman? It had a sorta Edward Scissor Hands kinda sound to it, you know?

Author's Response:

thanks!

certainly...i partly agree with something the composer Max Richter once said:

"I think you live with your influences...over time they tend to seep into your mind, and they sort of resurface in a new way doesnt it?"

little by little i see how Danny Elfman, Philip Glass, Franz Schubert, J.S. Bach are slipping into my compositional approach....and i almost lived off of the edward scizzorhands score back in the day...
